Joseph Ampomah Mensah

Chairman/CEO

Joseph is the Chairman/CEO of J&P Engineering Ghana Limited a private limited liability company registered under the laws of Ghana. He provides the leadership and direction for the growth of the organization. He is a mechanical engineer and a project management practitioner specializing in the structuring and development of Energy Oil Gas projects. He has over fifteen years of experience in the Industrial Engineering construction industry. He has been involved in major projects in Ghana including the West African Gas Pipeline project, Takoradi Thermal Power Project, and Atuabo Gas Processing Plant Project, among others. He has worked on served in a senior management position with organizations such as Amitaab Limited (general engineering Services) Trojan Power Ltd, and FP Energy Limited. Joseph has an MSc in Project Management in Energy Oil and Gas from the University of Liverpool-UK and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in mechanical engineering from the Kumasi Technical University. He attended several workshops and seminars, in structuring and financial modelling for energy and infrastructure projects from Johannesburg, South Africa and Singapore. He is a member of the AACE (Association of the Advancement of Cost Engineering) international.

Ransford Cudjoe

Director, Corporate and Legal Affairs

Ransford is the Director, Corporate and Legal Affairs of J&P Company Limited. He has over twelve years of experience in managing financial portfolios for Engineering Companies. He holds a Bachelor of Law LL.B degree from the University of Ghana, Legon and an M.Sc. in Finance and Law from Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom. He has also worked with JVC Engineering, the one and biggest indigenous engineering firm in Ghana as the financial controller. He also lectures in Business Law at the Takoradi Technical University.
